Sardinian Gnocchi
This class is about understanding the history and tradition of Sardinian Gnocchi. We will begin with a demonstration of preparing a portion of Gnocchi dough. While you eat a portion of freshly made Gnocchi we will show you three hand made shapes you can create at home without using any special equipment. From there you will dive into creating your own Gnocchi dough and shapes. All materials will be provided and you will take pasta home with you!

About the instructor:
Keeli Manning is an Ithaca native with over sixteen years of experience in catering, event planning & hospitality. Her years working in the natural foods industry was a foundational source of inspiration for finding her passion for farming, food justice, food sovereignty and clean simple ingredients.
Upon relocating back to the Finger Lakes from Philadelphia years ago, she started making pasta as a pandemic hobby which quickly turned into a passion and now a career. Founder + owner of Doomsday Pasta, she is committed to growing in her knowledge and sharing what she knows for an ever expanding community.
