Fresh Pasta CSA Season 3 - February 7 - March 14, 2025

We recommend having a friend pick up your order and to share the CSA with them or have them bring the pasta home for “safe keeping.” No friends? Let us know three days before the delivery and we can hold your order for you. Our dried pasta will stay fresh in the sealed bag for up to 6 months.

Capitalism amirght? We accept most major credit cards, paypal, venmo, cash and personal checks. Not all payment methods are available on our website. Please email us for further directions.

We are a gluten forward pasta company and rely on gluten development to do what we love. However we do offer a gluten free pasta for special order. All of our products are produced in a communal kitchen where the following products are used: wheat, nuts (including tree nuts) & dairy.

We are in an active pandemic and we want to do our best to ensure all participants in our workshops, classes and events feels safe. Masks are available and we encourage you to reach out to us if you are feeling unwell to create a workable solution. We keep us safe.
