Our seasonal freshly made pasta is available for weekly pickup from February 7 - March 14, 2025. This collection will run for five weeks and includes two individual packs of pasta.

This season our CSA box includes a half pound of our cut spaghetti and a smaller portion of our chef’s choice noodles in a half pound bag. The spaghetti is made from our master egg dough and our chef’s choice noodle is a rotating crop of pastas infused with vegetable dyes. This could be anything from spinach, to beet root, to mushrooms - we won’t know until we are looking at what’s available. Concerned about allergies? Just let us know how we can accommodate you and your needs!

As always we include a recipe card for suggested sauce pairings with your pasta and a step by step guide on how to cook and store your pasta. We make everything for you fresh daily, so your pasta can be enjoyed immediately or stored away for a later date.

Pickup location in Syracuse is Salt City Market during regular business hours. Please refer to the market website for any changes to normal business hours.

Our master doughs are made fresh daily ensuring the absolute freshest pasta and we only use the finest combination of ingredients. We source our eggs & produce from reputable local farmers, our flour from mills we love and trust, even our salt is locally produced right here in Syracuse. We are proud to use the best ingredients we can find for food that is easy to love that we hope you will enjoy!
